Our physicians have vast experience in treating a wide variety of podiatric concerns from bunions (including lapiplasty) and hammer toes, to foot and ankle injuries. We also provide advanced technology in the fabrication of orthotics for the biomechanics of the pediatric and adult patient.

Krysia LePoer, DPM


Dr. LePoer is a Board Certified and Residency-trained Foot Surgeon. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. She graduated from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in 2000. She completed her surgical residency at the Mineral Area Regional Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dr. LePoer has been a dedicated teacher since 2002, serving as surgical faculty for the Roger Williams Medical Center Podiatric Surgical Residency, as well as a member of the Foot and Ankle Surgery Division at Rhode Island Hospital.

She is very involved in the community of Podiatry. She is a Past President of the Rhode Island Podiatric Medical Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors. She served as the state Medicare and Private Insurance “Carrier Advisory Committee” representative for the Rhode Island Podiatric Medical Association for 15 years. She is a member of many national organizations including the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the American College of Foot and Ankle Pediatrics.

Dr. LePoer thoroughly enjoys developing a relationship with her patients and provides comprehensive care of all types of foot related problems in adults and children requiring conservative and surgical treatment, when necessary.


Traci Bologna-Jill, DPM


Dr. Bologna-Jill, DPM, is originally from Upstate New York and attended Hartwick College. While at Hartwick, Dr. Bologna-Jill worked closely with the Athletic Trainers and sports teams. Helping the athletes field-side is where she first sparked an interest in a career in podiatry. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Biology in three years, with honors, and went on to earn her Doctorate from New York College of Podiatric Medicine.

She completed her advanced surgical training at Atlantic Health System in New Jersey in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with a credential in Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery. During residency, she served as chief resident, supervising and managing colleagues and delivering multiple scientific lectures. She is board certified with the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and holds certification in foot and ankle arthroscopy.

Currently, she serves as the Scientific Chair of the Newport Podiatry Conference and is the Vice President of the Rhode Island Podiatric Medical Society. Her podiatric interests include biomechanics, sports medicine, and pediatrics.

Whether it’s a minor foot issue or a complex condition, Dr. Bologna-Jill strives to provide excellent treatment and care to all of her patients.
